Four Seasons Lake Austin

Private Residences

The Four Seasons Private Residences at Lake Austin is currently in the permitting & preconstruction phase. I worked on this project during the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents phases. The Private Residences are a campus of residential buildings incorporating over 250 luxury residential condominiums and several shared amenities.

In my role on the project, I was the Senior Project Architect for 5 of the residential buildings, and for 1 of the amenity buildings, the athletic center. My role included tasks such as leading consultant coordination, leading internal coordination with more junior staff architects, and leading documentation on the residential buildings afformentioned. Progress was routinely reported to the project manager overseeing the entire campus and to the client team.
